Ball mill operation and specification


First, the basic requirements

The ball miller should be proficient in the safety and technical knowledge of this post; wear labor protection articles according to the regulations; attend the pre-class meeting on time, accept the production instructions on duty, conduct random inspections, and master the production tasks and requirements on duty.

Second, the job preparation

1. Arrive at the job site 10 minutes in advance, the handover class must be carried out on the post. The successor must check the handover record and hand over the production, safety and equipment. The specific contents are shown in Table 1.

2. Field equipment, environmental inspection, and verification records. Check whether the equipment is normal, hand over when it is stopped, if necessary, test run, find that it affects the normal operation, report to the squad leader and the dispatching room of the factory and handle it according to the instructions of the squad leader. After checking the normal, report to the squad leader and the dispatching room of the factory, and work according to the instructions of the squad leader.

Third, the operating procedures and operational requirements

1, before starting the request

(1) The operation card must be obtained before starting the machine.

(2) It takes 1-2 weeks to drive for more than 8 hours.

(3) It is forbidden for anyone to stay near the equipment to be activated.

(4) The grader screw must be lifted.

2, boot sequence

Start the oil pump → open the water gates → start the classifier → start the ball mill → start the belt conveyor → start the vibration feeder.

Note on the boot process:

(1) When starting the ball mill, you must first give the excitation (press the start button) and then turn the start handle to the start position and keep it until the balance of the synchronous machine is running.

(2) Gradually drop the grading spiral and reset (the double helix simultaneously falls).

3. Technical indicators and parameters (see Tables 2 to 4)


4, the requirements in the operation

(1) Adjust and control the ball mill stage and grinding grain size to meet the requirements.

(2) Check the grinding size by standard every hour; check the grinding concentration according to the standard.

(3) Pay attention to the changes of the ore discharge water and return sand water of the ball mill. It is found that the water quantity is insufficient or there is blockage or leakage.

(4) Clean up broken balls and pieces in time.

(5) Always observe the current meters, change the flow meter, and check the sound, smell, gap, tightening, lubrication and wear of each part. In case of problems, report to the class monitor and the dispatching room of the factory for processing. The inspection criteria are as follows:

1 The temperature of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 70 °C, the temperature of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 60 °C, and the temperature of the motor shall not exceed 60 °C.

2 The anchor bolts of each part and the connecting bolts of each part should be kept complete and tight.

3 The working current shall not fluctuate drastically and shall not exceed the rated value.

4 There are no oil leakage, water leakage or leakage in each department.

(6) The graded drive bush is filled once every 4 hours.

(7) If the inspection result is to be recorded, if it is a major defect or the safety of the person and equipment is endangered, it should be reported to the dispatching office of the factory immediately.

5, stop

Downtime sequence:

Stop the disc feeder → stop the belt conveyor → stop the ball mill → stop the classifier → close the water gate → stop the oil pump.

Note on the shutdown process:

(1) The mine must be stopped before the shutdown, and the load is processed for 15-20 minutes.

(2) After the load is cleaned, turn the start water handle to the stop position and stop the excitation (press the stop button).

(3) Lift the grading screw.

6, equipment use and maintenance

(1) The oil pump motor and synchronous machine interlock are invalid and must not be started.

(2) The lubrication circuit of each lubrication point is kept unobstructed and has sufficient oil quantity; the static pressure bearing return oil filter element is cleaned regularly.

(3) The load of the classifier must be gradually increased, and it is not allowed to start with load under normal conditions.

(4) It is not allowed to lift the lead screw during normal operation, and it is even more difficult to forcibly lower the lead screw.

(5) The return sand deposit should be treated in time.

(6) Check the vibration of the spiral and the lower carriage, the movement of the blade and the bracket, and find out the cause immediately and find out the cause and stop the treatment.

(7) The overflow tweezers should remain intact and the debris on the tweezers should be cleaned at least once per shift.

(8) Check the motor temperature and sound every hour; the cable connector and grounding wire should be kept intact.

(9) Check the speed, oil quantity and sound of the reducer every hour, and report the abnormality in time.

(10) Check the condition of the tape at least twice per shift, especially at the joint. Found abnormalities and processed in time.

(11) The equipment itself and the surrounding cleaning and wiping are often cleaned, and the equipment is intrinsic.

(12) The ash deposits in the lower part of the ball mill, classifier and belt conveyor, especially the miners at the tail wheel of the belt head, must be cleaned up in time.

(13) According to the standard checkpoint of the checkpoint, fill in the checkpoint record and find the problem and timely feedback.

7, safe operation requirements

(1) The work card system and the inspection and confirmation system before starting the machine must be implemented, otherwise no driving will be allowed.

(2) It is necessary to park the belt idler, handle the large block, leak the nozzle, and cut off the accident switch.

(3) After the power card has been shut down, the screw of the ball mill should be tightened, and the monitoring system and mutual insurance system should be strictly implemented and the station should be firmly supported.

(4) A power card must be held in order to perform the ball mill operation.

(5) The post personnel must perform the maintenance and cleaning of the equipment for maintenance work with the consent of the maintenance personnel.

(6) Do not drill, jump or cross the belt. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the operation and check the belt fence on the running belt frame.

(7) It is strictly forbidden to wipe the synchronous machine and other electrical equipment with wet materials, and the wet equipment is not allowed to start the electrical equipment.

(8) It is strictly forbidden to dry clothes near the synchronous machine. It is strictly forbidden to walk or stay on the edge of the running part.

(9) It is strictly forbidden to walk or work under the hanging objects.

(10) It is strictly forbidden to drive when the safety protection device is not complete.

(11) It is strictly forbidden to face the roller door in operation, check the roller door or clean it under the roller to prevent the steel ball from flying out and hurting people.

(12) It is strictly forbidden to go back to the belt conveyor or clean the bottom of the belt and carry out inspections while ensuring safety.

(13) Lifting the mud and other reasons to expose the floor, it must be covered immediately after lifting.

(14) Pass through the sand trap and do not allow it to run on the edge of the running classifier.

(15) It is strictly forbidden to work in the lower part of the running ball mill.

(16) When adding or returning the ball, confirm whether the bucket door, the bucket ear and the steel rope are safe and reliable, the command action is normal, and the position is correct.

What`s the LED light?
